Good Place Marionville Podcast #86 Mid-summer bounty
Let’s celebrate the bounty from our gardens and businesses.
Watermelon and nectarines from Murphy’s Orchard and veggies for dinner from the garden. It’s all part of making the meal excellent.
Creative ways to share our produce include taking it to a neighbor, selling it in a garden box, picking some at the White Squirrel Community Garden, or purchasing at the Farmers Market or Orchard.
We can all inspire each other – much life the Victory Gardens of the past.
The White Squirrel Community Garden has already picked 3 times more produce than all of last year!
Thank you to the Sons of the American Revolution Ozark Chapter for hosting the Reading of the Declaration of Independence on July 8th.

The dunk tank raised over $1,000 split between Care to Learn and the Blessing Box.
Fireman's Auxiliary raised over $400 in their duck race and additional funds during last week's pancake breakfast.
This Saturday: Sip and Shop 9-noon at Elevate Coffee/The Gathering. Regular merchandise and some special vendors for the day will be available – so plan to have some coffee, breakfast, and do some shopping.
